Hi — I'm Reed.
I'm your restoration-PM co-pilot for your operation — reaches & sites, restoration structures, work orders, monitoring & turbidity compliance, the permit register, water-control method selection, and the work window across your Front Range, Rockies, and Mountain West projects. Ask me anything, or start with one of these:

Safety
Field safety & OSHA 1926 construction compliance for your restoration crews — grounded in the official standards, plainly explained. Decision support, not legal advice.
Watch these today
Standing hazards for an in-channel restoration site — surfaced without being asked.

Restoration Ops
Reaches & sites, restoration structures, work orders, monitoring & turbidity compliance, the permit register, and the work window — captured so the knowledge stays on the reach.
Work orders by status
Monitoring results
Reaches needing attention
Log a monitoring reading
Quick-log turbidity, water quality, an as-built survey, reveg establishment, a photo station, or a flow gauge against a reach — with discharge-permit limit compliance.
Recent readings
Latest monitoring across all reaches.
Expiring / window-closing
Flagged by the real issued/expiry & window dates you enter — verify each against the issuing agency; never treated as an asserted interval.
Permit register
The living compliance register — every permit, its conditions, and its windows.
Work window
Per reach — the intersection of low-flow, permit windows, ESA/spawning, nesting, planting, and snowmelt. Computed from the reach's permit window_start / window_end and status. Decision support — verify each input against the permit and the AHJ.
Windows closing soon
Reaches whose work window closes soon or whose permit is expiring, with how many days remain. Turn them into to-dos in one tap; they land in your Huddle to-do list.
Water-control method advisor
Engineering decision support only — a licensed Professional Engineer must review and seal the final design for construction. Any method that moves or discharges water is gated by the discharge/turbidity permit. Methods bind live atomic-card ids (kb-frontier-wc-*). Tap a method to see when it fits, what constrains it, and the cited cards.
Stream Quantification (SQT) · sediment continuity
Decision support only — not an IRT workbook and not a PE seal. Missing evidence or any unanswered sediment-continuity item keeps the reach on HOLD. Ready means ready for PE review, not ready to build.
SCALE · common frame
Decision support only — not a sealed survey solution. Each layer (satellite / blueprint / site photo) needs ≥2 control pairs (image + world). Empty or one pair = HOLD. Never invent scale from a photo alone.
In-stream structure design · PE checklist
Decision support only — not construction-ready design and not a PE seal. Reed lists structure families and roles; it will not invent bankfull, rock size, footing depth, or spacing. Unanswered non-skippable items = HOLD.
Survey log
Operational record of each survey visit. Your surveyor’s file stays the survey of record.
Import survey points
Paste a CSV or JSON export with station / northing / easting / elevation columns. Rows that cannot be read are refused, never guessed.
Surveys on file
Plan sheets
Which sheet and revision the crew is building from. Not a PE-sealed record.
Dayboard
Today’s and this week’s work by crew and site. Use weather hold only for a real stand-down.
On the board
Material deliveries
Log what actually arrived. Prices come only from your own history, never a market guess.
Deliveries on file
AR grid
Control points and measured shots, shown as deviations. Decision support only, not a survey of record.
Control points
Deviations
Phone camera overlay
Shows the latest deviations over your camera view. Nothing is recorded or uploaded.
Camera idle.
Weather Shield
Stand-down intelligence from free NWS alerts + forecast only. No per-strike lightning counts (not free / not license-clean). Each check can RECORD a defensible audit row in this instance only. Share code, never data.
Recent weather-hold records
Check a job site
Enter the job site’s latitude and longitude. There is no default location. WARN only checks; RECORD also writes an audit row.
Knowledge coverage
What Reed can actually cite from disk right now — and what is still missing. Gaps are a to-do list, not a product break. Computed off disk; never hand-curated green.

Advantage
The features that put RES ahead — capture-by-talking onboarding, the mobile field digest, on-GPU Photo-QC, grounding Reed on your own knowledge, and data that never leaves your hardware.
Describe your reach — Reed maps it, you verify.
Talk (or type) plainly about your reaches, structures, work orders and permits. Reed proposes structured records — nothing is saved until you review and tap Save on each one.
Field digest
Your mobile morning summary — permits expiring, reaches out of window, open needs, and turbidity / monitoring fails, all in one glance.
Photo-QC — Reed looks, on your GPU
Decision support only — not the official inspection and not a survey. Snap the channel/bank, revegetation, an erosion/BMP, water clarity, or a structure; a vision model on your own GPU reads it. Save it to a site-reach / work-order to build a photo-documented monitoring trail. A qualified person always confirms — never used for autonomous accept/reject.
Documented reads
Ask Reed anything
Feed Reed your own restoration knowledge — SOPs, specs, permit conditions, field notes, exports. It grounds Reed immediately, on your hardware. Your data never leaves the building.
